We focus primarily on Travel & Hospitality recruitment across Australia, Asia and the UK, for permanent and temporary/contract positions, covering all sectors of the industries from Consultant to Executive level.
Our retained search division has access to people that clients would not normally be able to reach. We have partnered with a software business in order to offer clients access to a retained service that enables clients to enjoy in excess of a 96% new employee retention ratio over 12 months. This is measured dynamically forward every 3 months. The software also won the Recruitment Business Awards in 2011 (winner) and 2013 (runner-up). It was considered as a “Game Changer for 2013 by the UK Recruiter magazine (December 2013 issue)

We have over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry which has helped shape TMS Talent into the leading specialist recruitment agency it is today.
Historically we have focused on the travel, tourism and hospitality industries within Asia Pacific however in 2013, as a result of client demand, we began to expand our coverage to positions in information technology not just for travel, tourism and hospitality clients but for any client seeking hard to find IT/web based positions, which has been a logical and rewarding adaptation of our business.Travel recruitment is demanding as it requires excellent market knowledge and clients need the same disciplines of IT/Web based positions.
We operate as partners with our clients. Time is taken to build relationships with our clients so we thoroughly understand their recruitment needs and can move swiftly to offer a solution. We aim to help our candidates develop and achieve their ambitions, not just for the present, but with a long term view. We care about careers, not just jobs. Happier employees perform better and stay with our clients longer. This is enhanced by our ability to provide continued support well after we have placed candidates with clients.
Since 2013 our primary focus has been on using technology (online/social media) to engage and assist candidates and clients and provide better online career assistance (via video training for example). We also aim to promote and educate candidates and clients via webinars, blogs, social media and activities all of which is integrated with our cloud based database allowing us to keep in touch in more effective way
All TMS Talent consultants have previously worked in travel, hospitality or events, meaning they have a better understanding of the industry and what is required by our clients, whilst being able to relate with candidates and provide guidence and advise in their career. All of which lead to stronger relationships with clients and candidates.
