I have over 15 years' experience in recruitment. I have handled positions across the travel/tourism, hospitality, accounting/bookkeeping and contact centre space and worked on roles from entry level to General Manager within the above industries.
Prior to recruitment, I worked in the Travel industry for 11 years within the corporate market for Qantas Business Travel. I have successfully completed my Diploma in Human Resource Management and my strengths lie in my ability to manage the customer experience - both client and candidate. I believe that success is achieved through nurturing long term relationships and keeping the needs of the customer at the heart of what I do.
Well, at the risk of sounding cheesy, I got into recruitment as I wanted to work in a role within HR that allowed me to positively influence the lives of others.
What Is Your Favourite Destination & Why?
The Island of HVAR in Croatia – it was one of those destinations where I just happened to land in by accident. It is an untouched piece of paradise where I could indulge in my two favourite things - food and being on the water !!
