What job board sites do we use?
We have a range of job board sites, where we have negotiated preferential rates due to our buying power. We will ensure your vacancy is listed on the best job boards in order to gain the widest and most relevant response. Our leading job boards include: Totaljobs, TravelJobSearch, Travel Weekly, Reed and TMS Talent.
Can you help me write my advert?
Absolutely! Your dedicated Account Manager is fully trained and experienced in writing engaging advertising copy as well as optimising the content with keywords to ensure the job is listed in the best way possible
Can I have my company logo on the advert?
All our vacancies are listed without company logos in order to provide you with the most competitive rates for advertising.
What happens if my vacancy is confidential?
We will not mention your company name. For the same fee, if preferred, we can search all the CV databases instead of advertising your vacancy and put this response into your Applicant Tracking System instead.
Can I see all CVs?
Certainly! We are happy to put all of the CVs we receive into your Applicant Tracking System. However, we would strongly recommend our free ‘hand picking’ service to save you time and effort.
Who own's the CVs?
All the advertising response is yours and you can download as many CVs as you like from your Applicant Tracking System and hire as many people as you like for one fixed fee.
What is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?
An Applicant Tracking System is a portal dedicated to receiving CVs from your advert or CV database response. This easy to use portal avoids your inbox from being unnecessarily cluttered up with advert response and allows you to tag, search, shortlist and download the best candidates available to fill your vacancy.
Will you charge me additional fees for hiring directly from the ATS?
No, you can hire as many people as you like for one job posting fee price.
Can I keep my ATS candidates?
Yes you can keep your candidates CVs when you download them during the campaign.
Can I look at my advertising response candidates after 28 days?
No, you will no longer have access to your Applicant Tracking System after 28 days unless you wish to pay for longer access and create a six month or annual ‘talent pool’.
What happens if I fill my vacancy before 28 days?
If you request us to delete your job from the job boards, this will be done, however there will be no refund in fees.
What happens if I don’t find anyone suitable?
If you struggle to find someone or get let down at the last minute with someone joining you, you can use TMS Talent Full Recruitment Service. Our recruitment team have over 18 years’ experience in screening, assessing, interviewing, hand picking and successfully hiring staff into companies. Your job posting fee will be credited off our full recruitment fee.
Can we advertise on overseas job boards?
Yes, although there are additional charges. Just call us for a quote.
