The Role
Our client is seeking detail oriented, number focused candidate who has high attention to detail for the Airfare and Refund co-ordinator position. The company is locally owned and operated and are a well-established travel group leading in independent travel alliance.

Perhaps you have just graduated travel school or maybe you are looking to get into the industry from an admin role. This could be for you. You will join the Airfares and ticketing team, coordinating the intake of airfares, creating airfare deals for the marketing team and the processing of refunds.
Our client is looking for two skilled candidates to join the team on a full time permanent basis and a fixed term maternity contract for minimum of 13 months

The Role

  • Responsible for maintaining and managing Airfare Distribution System.
  • Distributing airfare tariffs to the quotes and ticketing team
  • Quality control to ensure all airfares is showing correctly
  • Liaising with all airlines
  • Identify different fare types
  • Process refund applications via multiple channels and issue credit notes.
  • Responsible for pricing all-inclusive airfares for marketing
  • Manage and maintain marketing deals & campaign pricing


Skills & Experience

  • Preferred graduate of a travel course
  • Ability to deal well with strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
