JOB DESCRIPTION
This successful and growing Branding, Design and Packaging agency is looking for their next Client Service's Director or Client Partner to come on board and help drive the agency to further success.
  
The role will manage their retained existing client base and help create new opportunities within that client base. Ideally you have come from a branding background with experience in FMCG clients. If you have a passion for the ever growing sustainable food industry, this could be your dream job. 
  
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Maintain and grow client relationships with Australia and US based clients, growing the creative reputation of the agency.
  • Prepare project proposals, detailing approach, activities, key deliverables, timings and agency fees
  • Lead key project, becoming the trusted client partner while ensuring delivery to brief, time & budget
  • Ensure project work streams are run profitably, monitoring project revenue to main agency efficiency
  • Maintain accurate forecast for billings and revenue to achieve annual revenue contribution goal
  
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
  • Develop account plans, reviewing progress and reporting back to the business
  • Manage account development initiatives, prioritising relationships with the key decision makers
  • Identify areas that can add additional value to clients business to leverage organic growth opportunities
  • As the agency grows, anticipate resource requirements to recruit team members, coaching them to perform at their best
  • Lead, mentor and motivate collaborative cross-functional teams
  
STRATEGY
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify key insights
  • Partner closely with client’s to understand their business needs, prioritising key opportunities for growth
  • Co-create compelling strategies & storylines for new & existing clients
  • Support the development of strategic projects (e.g.CX, positioning, architecture, naming, design, roll-out and activation)
  • Stay abreast of and share relevant industry and market trends
  
STUDIO MANAGEMENT
  • Foster a culture that creates an agency environment for people to do their best work
  • Organise, set-up & maintain key process tools & templates
  • Ensure administrative process are managed correctly (leave, freelancers, new hires etc)
  
MARKETING / PR
  • Work with the team to determine lead generation and networking opportunities
  • Support team-wide marketing efforts as required
  • Maintain entries in the contact/marketing database
  • Conduct administrative marketing tasks as needed
