JOB DESCRIPTION

A fantastic and rare opportunity in a multi-faceted role where no two days will be the same

The Role
This role will encompass marketing, communications, event co-ordination and member support. You will assist with the day-to-day running of many facets of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity where no two days will look the same and you will be working within a close-knit team.

  • Regular communication to the member base via EDMs and social media as well as website management
  • Create and organise online access to club events
  • Co-ordinate annual races and manage sponsorship on the day
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current sponsors
  • Drive interest in the member referral program
  • Answering incoming phone calls and emails and assisting with processing accommodation bookings

The Company
You will be working for Australia’s largest private ski club which operates three lodges in NSW for its members and their guests. Your office will be based in a fantastic location just one minute from Chatswood train station and you will report to the club general manager.

Skills & Experience

  • A relevant qualification in communications, marketing or events
  • Experience running multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficiency with CRM - email marketing, social media tools and survey software
  • A passion for skiing
  • Experience in the travel/hospitality industry
  • Event management experience
  • Proficiency with CRM, email marketing, social media tools, survey software
