As a proven Account Manager within the travel industry, you will use your relationship building skills and understanding of the TMC space to successfully manage a portfolio of clients. This will involve going out to meet with clients face to face, reviewing performance and offering value adds & being the central point of contact in the business for these key accounts. You will also manage rebids, with a focus being on account retention.
