The Role
This is an exciting role for an up and coming sales consultant who is motivated and is a strong team player. You will showcase your expertise in meeting set KPIs and using sales techniques to cross sell. You will also demonstrate understanding of customer needs and offer the best land and cruise holidays to your clients.

• Handle all inbound calls
• 7 day rotating roster
• Consistently exceed and deliver quality customer service from enquiry to close
• Utilise your quality product knowledge (training provided!)
• Selling cruise with land and tour arrangements

• Proven sales experience – highly self-motivated

• Flexible working on a rotating roster including weekends
• Travel industry experience would be looked upon very favourably but is not necessary
