JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role
This role will be suitable for someone who has at least one years’ experience in the travel industry. You will be responsible for providing superior customer service, with the objective of increasing customer sales and building customer loyalty. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge to your clients
  • Actively promote and sell tour packages
  • Handle phone enquiries/walk ins/emails/online reservations
  • Ensure quick and efficient turnaround for all enquiries
  • Process tour, air reservations, hotel, transfer and insurance services

Skills & Experience

  • At least one years’ experience in customer service
  • Travel industry experience desirable but not necessary
  • Computer literacy with a strong aptitude for learning new systems
  • A minimum of certificate level 3 in a tourism related field from an accredited training provider
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Achievement orientated with a penchant for sales
