Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join their executive team. The role will involve managing all aspects of the sales functions whilst proactively supporting multiple properties through collaboration with the hotel GM’s, marketing and revenue managers to meet and exceed budget revenue. The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate accounts. The role will involve growing business and increasing market share whilst developing strategies to attract new clientele for the properties.
The accommodation group operates luxury serviced apartment properties within outstanding developments. The company is high-end, luxury, based in Sydney CBD and part of a wider luxury property group.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales for a property group
- Financial and forecasting skills to manage proper resources
- Proven track record in driving profits
- Strong understanding of the Sydney hotel industry
