Join a luxury wedding venue in the Northern Beaches as the Wedding Events Coordinator & help support the Event Sales Manager.
- Located in the Northern Beaches
- High end luxury wedding venue
- Salary sits at $55k plus super
The Role
The key focus of this role as the Event Coordinator is to handle coordinating, sales and ensuring that there is a clear direction of the event. You will need to prepare the following:
- Liaise with suppliers in terms of enquiries and confirmation
- Prepare event contracts and coordinate weddings along with other private and corporate events
- Client meetings & menu sampling
- Liaise food orders with the Kitchen and help plan
- Ensure all finances are up to date in terms of reporting and invoicing
- Meet KPIs and follow the required policies and procedures

Skills & Experience
- Must have a passion for weddings and customer service
- Event Coordinating experience is a MUST – preferably weddings
- Strong attention to detail & work under pressure
- Work Tuesday to Saturday – hours vary due to meetings and menu sampling
