As Head Chef you will lead a medium sized team ensuring the leadership and development of your team. Management and execution of menus across the restaurant and function space within the venue. Responsible for the financial and operational success of the kitchen. This is a leadership role where you will work closely with the venue manager and key stakeholders to ensure operational success.
Skills and Experience
We are ideally looking for a Head Chef with 3 to 5 years experience as a Senior Sous or Head Chef within a large venue environment. You will be creative in your approach to menu design and financially savvy. This is a hands on role where you will mentor and lead your team by example. In particular we are looking for someone with experience in managing events
