Our client is seeking a seasoned General Manager to front their reputable Auckland CBD hotel. With a portfolio of nearly 2500 rooms and 2200 employees and residential assets the group is one of the largest owner/operator of premium quality hotels in Australia and New Zealand.
This role is responsible of all aspects of hotel operations including full financial accountability for the hotel’s performance. You will be expected to drive business and utilize all areas of the hotel to generate revenue across the Rooms and F&B departments. You will plan, schedule and oversee all renovation / refurbishment / enhancement projects and ensure updates are provided promptly to key stakeholders. Drive high levels of guest satisfaction through the consistent execution of service standards and initiatives, visible operational leadership and high interaction with guests.
