About the role
As HRM you will be managing all things people with a strong focus on L&D and people retention. You will work across several facets of the business with a focus on a portfolio of hotels ensuring the teams are exposed to development and training and team life cycle programs. Of course compliance and IR will be strong factors of this position.

Skills & Experience
We are looking for an experienced HRM, with a background working within the hospitality sector at a senior level. We are looking for someone who is confident in setting up systems and developing training and development programs for the hospitality business. This is an autonomous and senior role where you will enhance the existing HR structure in place.
