As junior sous you will take more of a leadership role within the kitchen and oversee the junior chefs within the brigade. The venues are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner so you will rotate across all 3 service periods. The food is upmarket higher end cafe style for breakfast and lunch with a higher end product for dinner service.
With a number of highly successful venues already do extremely well they are opening several other venues within the next couple of months.

Skills and Experience
We are looking for an experienced chef with a great attitude and a willingness to be part of a professional team. Your experience may come from a higher end cafe style operation or a restaurant that is on trend.
