My client is a luxury travel company who are specialists in bespoke worldwide destinations.
They are now recruiting for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant who has previously sold luxury holidays within Europe, USA, Indian Ocean, Far East and the Caribbean.
The role incorporates all aspects of booking flights, hotels, private transfers etc whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service.
Please only apply if you have previous luxury sales travel sales experience and have used a GDS.
This is essential and my client will not consider any candidates without this experience.
Luxury Travel Sales Consultant Luxury Travel Sales Consultants duties Communicating with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences., mainly selling luxury tailormade holidays to Worldwide
Booking flights using the GDS system
Answer all phone call enquiries and respond to email enquiries
Advising clients regarding travel safety, destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
Handling and resolving any travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds
Working to sales targets and applying upselling, cross selling and switch selling techniques whilst developing a repeat client base
Luxury Travel Consultants skills required
Extensive sales experience in the high-end luxury travel market
Ideally excellent Sabre skills including strong fares & ticketing knowledge but they will cross train from another GDS Excellent
Exceptional communication & customer service skills

Base Salary £18,000 – 40% commission OTE £40-50K
Monday to Friday
28 days annual leave
