Do you enjoy running your own section? Great opportunity for a Pastry chef to work within a high end event production kitchen
As Pastry Chef you will be responsible for the pastry section and overseeing junior chefs within your section.
You will work closely with the head chef developing menu concepts and the execution of menus.
A great unique hospitality business with the events department catering for predominantly corporate and high end events.
Including gala dinners, cocktail events and conferences.
Skills & Experience
We are ideally looking for an experienced pastry chef with some good exposure to event catering, a chef with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
An ideal background would be a high end catering kitchen or a 5 star hotel environment.
