Reporting directly into the owner you will have a hands on approach to managing the day to day operations of this amazing restaurant. The purpose of your role is to ensure great service standards are maintained, staff training and development, operational and financial management and complete guest satisfaction. The restaurant is full of regulars that you will get to know and welcome back on a regular basis.
A seasoned hospitality expert with various interest within NSW this venue is considered his flagship venue.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for an experienced manager with a strong background working within high end restaurants or corporate hospitality. Ideally you will have 3 to 5 years management experience and be confident managing a team of professionals. Expert knowledge of food and wines along with an outgoing personality along with good business acumen.
Offering a very competitive salary package
45 to 50 hour week
