About the role
Reporting into the Executive Chef this is a leadership role within a fast paced, high end restaurant located on the fringe of the CBD. With a reputation for exceptional seafood you will be responsible for leading the team during service and ensuring the high standards are maintained.

The restaurant is a well established and highly regarded icon on Sydney waterfront that is known for it's great food and service. They have a very loyal following from corporates through to VIP's that are regulars at the restaurant.
Skills and Experience
To be successful you will be an experienced Sous Chef with a strong leadership background within a higher end style restaurant. Ideally with 2 to 4 years experience as a Sous. You will have worked within a large scale restaurant and know how to mentor and develop your team
