Work in a management role contributing to the operational strategy, leading a team of Corporate Travel Consultants.

This role is a process and people-management role where you will be responsible for creating productivity gains, maintaining quality service delivery and ensuring performance improvement to enhance the operational delivery and effectiveness of the overall group.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 5-years management experience in travel industry preferably from a TMC environment with an understanding of the intricacies of business travel bookings
- Customer centric to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders through excellent presentation and negotiation skills
