The Role
This is a unique and exciting opportunity where you will be responsible
assisting with all online booking tool (OBT) and other system related queries and tasks from both clients and internal departments. You will also be involved in technical projects from reviewing booking automation to streamlining process. You will troubleshoot scenarios and issues and focus on finding an outcome. There will be a focus on providing great customer service, attention to detail and opportunities to build strong relationships with other internal departments

Skill & Expertise

  •  Client site navigation and profile queries
  • Experience and knowledge of GDS (Galileo advantageous)
  • Previous experience with online booking tool such as Serko and Concur would be favored
  • Troubleshooting online booking tool issues
  • Logging issues and/or configuration requests with relevant OBT’s
  • Site testing, auditing and upgrades
  • Updating client sites to keep in line with their policies
  • Introducing 3rd Party OBT improvements and enhancements
  • Configuration and testing of the OBT
  • Involvement in and/or leading technology based projects - specifically taking on a key role in the automation of our OBT bookings.
  • Strong travel and technical consulting experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to priorities and balance several tasks
