Our client is a very exclusive club/bar/restaurant concept based in several locations in Bangkok’s thriving business district. They are rapidly expanding and are seeking strong candidates that are familiar with this environment.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing operations of our clients Food and Beverage outlet to deliver an excellent working environment. The Ops Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Your responsibilities include and are not limited to: 

  • Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Inventory, full accountability for stock take and levels
  • Purchasing, supplier contracts and pricing and manage margins
  • Staffing, recruitment and manpower levels
  • Event planning, and management
  • Maintenance including contracts and work orders
  • Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Accountable for monthly stock takes
  • Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

  • Ability to work on your own or in teams
  • It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Degree in relevant area
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • Preferably THAI NATIONAL
  • Must possess excellent English skills
  • Experience working in a hotel, club, bar or restaurant environment is a plu
  • 6 day working week
