The Role
The position will support the head chef in the day to day kitchen operations covering lunch and evening service. General hours will be lunch service finishes around 900pm {as a guide} You will work with a strong kitchen team and have input into the menu design

 

The Company
Located on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour this multi-faceted consists of a high-end restaurant, casual food outlets and significant event facilities. Offering a very positive work environment the company has very little staff turnover.

 

Skills and Experience
We are looking for a strong reliable chef with a background in either restaurants or a high-end cafe. Ideally with 2 to 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment

You will need to be a great team player and have a strong resume to back up your experience
