The Role

  • You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of administrative requirements regarding sales and operations
  • Assisting the Account Manager & Operations Manage in ensuring that all clients are satisfied
  • Attending to administration duties; loading and maintaining client database
  • Assist with the completion of monthly and weekly reports
  • Maintaining the social media accounts; Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Serko experience desired
  • Previous corporate travel management experience is mandatory
