As Head Chef you will be responsible for manage the operational and financial aspects of the kitchen. Reporting into the group executive chef you will certainly have a degree of freedom and flexibility in regards to the menu.
Given the nature of the business as this is a community minded venue you be expected to get to know the local clientele ad develop good relationships with guests.

Skills and Experience
We are looking for creative Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef who is ready for the next step within their career. As Head Chef you be need to posses strong financial management abiities along with superior people management abilities. This is a hans on role so you will work closely with your team
