Lead a successful production kitchen catering for corporate events and ongoing catering contracts. Work for a highly awarded corporate organisation
As Head Chef you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the production kitchen.
Ensuring all orders are completed in a timely manner and to the highest of standard. You will be responsible for allocating duties to your brigade ensuring seamless delivery is maintained within a busy kitchen
This is a highly awarded catering company that is highly regarded within the Sydney market with a very loyal clientele base.
This position will report into the Group Executive Chef however you will manage your own kitchen
Skills & Experience
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Head Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef with a strong background within high end catering and high end restaurants.
