The Role
We need a dedicated and passionate retail travel consultant with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience that is passionate about giving outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for answering questions and queries from customers that book via an online engine. You may also need to make changes to bookings.

  • Book domestic and international travel for corporate clients
  • Manage client relationships
  • Effectively and accurately manage all aspects of client bookings from enquiry to booking to back office

Skills and Expertise

  • GDS knowledge – AMADEUS is a MUST
  • 2-3 Years’ Experience is required as a retail travel agent
  • Excellent customer service and client management skills
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and ability to perform to deadlines
  • Capable of working autonomously while part of a team
