The Role
We are currently on the lookout for an a experienced Receptionist/Admin Assistant. Be the face of the company while providing confidential administrative support to the management team and maintain the front reception desk providing general housekeeping of the offices amenities and facilitates  

  • Greeting of visitors at reception
  • Maintenance of reception area
  • Answer, Screen and forward any incoming calls while proving basic information when needed.
  • Access diaries of Executive team for appointment setting
