The Role

This is a very special opportunity that will be a dream role for the right person. Working for a gold standard Japan tour operator who is branching out into other parts of Asia your role will be to lead a team of highly dedicated Japan travel experts. Their job (which you will also do) is to organise a very high service ‘trip of a lifetime’ for discerning customers. Based in a lovely office in Brisbane but working for a large global company you will have huge opportunities, both in travel and remuneration.

Skills & Experience

  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to lead and train people in how to sell
  • Leadership experience
  • Have lived and worked in or highly experienced with Japan
  • Knowledge of other Asian destinations such as Vietnam and Myanmar
  • Experience in travel sales (such as working for Flight Centre) will be looked upon very favourably
