As Sous Chef you will lead the kitchen whilst assisting the Executive Chef across the management of the kitchen.
You will lead and further develop junior chefs within the brigade

Skills & Experience
- We are looking for a current Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie who is ready for the next step in their career
- Ideally you will have xeperience within a high volume venue, either a casual style restaurant or a hotel
