A position that offers work life balance with predominantly Monday to Friday hours - flexibility is required. High volume production kitchen.
As Sous Chef you will support the head chef whilst managing the day to day operations of the kitchen.
You will be heavily involved in menu development, kitchen management and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
