Skills and Experience
You must have proven experience in leading a kitchen brigade, excellent operational and financial management abilities coupled with excellent key stakeholder management skills.
There is no room for egos in this kitchen, we are looking for a consultative Sous Chef to be part of the team and drive the team towards continued success
